HOW TO USE THIS TIME MANAGEMENT BIBLE READING PLAN FOR MOMS

The time management Bible reading plan for moms is meant to help you manage your time, not add something that is going to make it worse. Here are a few ways you can use this Bible reading plan:

24-day reading plan method: Read one set of verses a day. You’ll spend 3-5 minutes in the Bible and then can think and pray about what you read throughout the rest of your day.

6-day reading plan method: Tackle one section a day, reading all of the related verses together to take notes on similarities and differences you may find.

Come back method: Read a verses or two, pray, meditate, journal, and discuss with a friend. Then come back when you are ready to move to another. This may take days, weeks, or months.

Some of these verses are that will guide you in how God views time, how we should manage time, and ways we should prioritize our time and to do lists. Other verses will challenge your motivation for what, why, and how you are spending time – to change your mindset to an eternal perspective and maybe even change our plans to align more with the gospel.

It’s good practice to never read Bible verses out of context of the bigger chapter, or even book. It dilutes the message and puts us in danger of falling out of line with God’s will for our lives. If you have an extra few minutes, read the whole chapter where the verse falls. If you really want to get into it, grab a friend and read them together and discuss what God is speaking to you!

And of course, take the time to really meditate and consider what God is speaking to you in each verse. Pray that God will open your eyes and heart to what he would have you learn.
